Haṭha Flow Yoga is a modern and relatively dynamic form of Hatha Yoga. It is an energizing practice, where we will work postures, asana, both statically and in sequences or sequences more or less dynamic, the rhythm of breathing. It is a fluid and graceful practice that strengthens the body and helps to circulate energy.
Hatha Flow yoga is a gentle and invigorating practice, relaxing as well as invigorating, respectful of the body and level of each.
Concretely, this physical practice gives pride of place to the respiratory work, and each posture will be synchronized to a deep and conscious breathing. This practice of Yoga invites us to let ourselves be guided by our breath to energize static postures, or to move fluidly from one posture to another by being aware of each movement, until we get rid of the mind.
Hatha Flow Yoga allows:
↠ Muscle, tendon and bone toning and relaxation
↠ an increase in the respiratory capacity
↠ help strengthen the nervous system and control the mind, aiming at the "cessation of the fluctuations of the mind" (cf Patanjali)
↠ The body is both relaxed but strengthened, our sensory perception refined, our consciousness broadened and the mind calmed.
We can then at the end of the session continue with a moment of relaxation.

Rocket Yoga is a style developed by Larry Schultz in San Francisco during the 1980s. It’s a dynamic and challenging practice where, as in Vinyasa, we move to the rhythm of the breath. It is a modification, or a new way to sequence the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It breaks down its rigidity to make it easier to practice. The advantage is that even a beginner can try the advanced form of Rocket. There are many modifications to classic asanas, without losing on the benefits of each pose.

Ashtanga Yoga is one of the most popular yoga styles and has been introduced by Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois.
The term ashtanga comes from Sanskrit asta, eight, and anga, members or parties. These eight members evoke the eight founding principles of Ashtanga: rules of behavior (Yamas), self-discipline (Niyamas), body postures (Asanas), breathing (Pranayama), mastery of the senses (Pratyahara), concentration (Dharana ), meditation (Dhyana) and self-realization (Samadhi).
Ashtanga Yoga offers 6 series each composed of a precise sequence of several postures in synchronization with the breathing. The first I teach is the most commonly used, and more accessible. It is known to detoxify and strengthen the body, gain flexibility but also to stabilize the nervous system.

Yin is the feminine, dark, passive, receptive, reflective, withdrawn, cool, introspective aspects of life. Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body (meridiens or nadis) to release blockages and increase your energy flow. Focusing on static movement, Pranayama and meditation to create a profoundly deep and rewarding practice. The primary differences between Yin Yoga and many other forms of yoga is that you are encouraged to not use your muscles and passive poses are held for several minutes.
