YOGA
I offer groupe class every week at Yoga One Love in Puerto Escondido.
And private sessions anywhere around group or individual.
I teach from dynamic Yoga to more restorative.
I adapt each session to your needs and request :)

SOUNDHEALING
I offer soundbath after my Yoga classes with my differents instruments such as Tibetan bowls, Handpan, Shamanic drum, Koshi...
I offer private soundhealing in one or more persons.
Leave yourself to relax and let the instruments help you to heal.
CACAO CEREMONY
I offer Cacao ceremony in private o in events every month in Puerto Escondido.
I combine each ceremony with soundhealing but it can be Yoga, Reiki, Dance :)

ECSTATIC DANCE
As also a Dj I organise ecstatic dance every month in Puerto Escondido.
And I can offer in private session to help you to release stress, give you the opportunity to dance freely with organic beats.
